Yes, you are required to book a service which is subject to confirmation by an administrator or technician. Bookings are essential for all jobs undertaken on any day.

How do I book a service or make an inquiry?

Bookings can be made via email, phone or text (sms).

How long will it take for my vehicle to be washed or detailed?

A.

The washes may take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour subject to conditions of the vehicle. The detail will take anywhere from 60 minutes to 3 hours subject to conditions of the vehicle. These times are approximate times only.

Where can I get my vehicle washed or detailed?

A.

You can get your vehicle serviced at any location as long as there are no restrictions by governing bodies, ie, body corperates, severe draught affected areas, etc.

Will I get in trouble for using water from the location that I am at?

A.

No you will not, as X Wash...your mobile vehicle detailers is licensed by local governing water authorities and has been audited at 12lts per normal wash per standard vehicle. Each vehicle is allowed 70lts of water or below, by a licensed commercial operator. It's exactly like when you've booked for a carpet steam clean in your home.

What do I have to provide as a customer?

As a customer, you should provide access to a exterior garden tap, power & hopefully a safe working environment.

What if I cannot provide access to water or power?

A.

Our mobile van is equipped with its own back-up water tank that carry 250lts but you must request for this option or inform us that you have no access to water. But access to power is compulsory. We have ample amounts of electrical extension cords. But please take note, when X Wash has to use this option, the job booked for may take longer than necessary as the service catered for may be experience to low water pressures or may be subject to a surcharge.

How can I pay for the services requested?

You can pay cash on completion of the job or via eftpos or credit card. Sorry but we don't accept cheques & electronic fund transfers (EFT) unless it's from a corporate account or unless agreed prior to commencement of job undertaken.

How can I get a quote?

Quotations can be requested via telephones, email and text. Photos of the vehicle or job to be undertaken can be emailed via our contact form or texted to 0434 086 121 to assist with the quote./

Are quotations over the phone, email or text the final and confirmed prices that I pay?

A.

No, they are not. They are just indicative prices subject to confirmation by on-site technician based on type of vehicle, condition, job requirement and location.

Is the business fully insured?

Yes, the business is fully insured with public liability comprehensive coverage. The policy also covers vehicles that are driven by our technicians.

Does X Wash…your mobile vehicle detailers provide onsite quotes?

X Wash...your mobile vehicle detailers generally don't provide onsite quotes. However, if you decide that you need an onsite quote, a call out fee of $99 will be charged plus package or Xtras charge.

Urgent or emergency calls/bookings?

Yes, we can provide this service but a surcharge will apply. This clause applies both to general inquires and our valued customers as well as members. We prefer not to take such jobs as it may affect other confirmed bookings but extreme cases will be considered.

No, X Wash...your mobile vehicle detailers caters to almost all vehicles that explore our roads or off roads.

What if it rains or it’s very bad weather on the day of the job booked in?

If you have a carport, garage or any sort of undercover area, we can still undertake the job. Should there be no undercover facility or option, we can reschedule the job to a another date, day & time.
